Great service, friendly, no waiting and very professional. Great care to put children at ease and everything explained in a way that can be understood. Brilliant, well done.

Absolutely dreadful. After being told after having braces for a year that I should have had a tooth taken out at the start and the because of that my alignment wouldn't ever be 100%, I was annoyed. Afterwards I was fitted with a TEMPORARY bite block which I was on for around 6 months when it should have only been on for a few weeks. I wasn't told it was temporary until I had it removed by someone else later on and that it shouldn't have been on for that long. I was given elastics to put in which due to me not having a tooth taken out, did nothing and only pulled my teeth apart. My appointments have constantly been moved around last minute by the orthodontist and now I'm sick of it. Find another orthodontist.

Child Braces

Waited two years from our 1st referal to commence treatment, then a plate was provided. This appliance has broken three times in three months and seems to constantly need adjusting to keep it in my child's mouth. The centres location is good however it is 30 miles away from our home. The centre are uncompromising about the provision of appointments. Emergency appointments are only allowed to be booked for the mid morning. I refused one of these appointments one and the next one offered was for just short of 2 months! If like me you are clinging onto your job in a recession have two kids with a variety of medical needs requiring a constant need to juggle school, work and healthcare, don't expect to survive treatment from this centre with your job intact or without threat of a fine from the EWO! On the bright side you are exempt from the £64 charge for a broken brace that can't be fixed if you are unemployed!
